Refund and Returns Policy

Purchase with peace-of-mind knowing that we stand behind our products. Sometimes that may require us to send out a free replacement. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect and/or incorrect personalization due to production error, the best way to proceed with a resolution is to email at Orders@easttexaswoodcrafts.com and request our 30 Day Return Policy Form. This reach out/email must show a sent time stamp being within 30 days of receiving the original product.

NOTE:

East Texas Woodcrafts is not responsible for the cost of returned product shipping nor returning product that is lost or damaged during transit. We suggest using a shipper that provides tracking information.

Warranty

30-Day Limited Cutting Board / Charcuterie Board Warranty

Product Eligible For Return:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect(s)
  • Incorrectly personalized due to production error
  • Customer received product within 30 days of requesting our 30 Day Return Policy Form

Product Ineligible For Return:

  • Products that have come into contact with food (it is a violation of health regulations for us to accept these)
  • Products that have been cut on
  • Products that were received more than 30 days ago
  • Incorrectly personalized due to customer error
  • Damage to product from intentional or accidental means
  • Abuse, alteration or use of product for purposes other than it was intended
  • Normal wear and tear such as knife marks
  • Splitting or cracking due to inadequate oiling of cutting boards (click here for care instructions)
  • Damage due to putting product into the dishwasher, wood products are hand wash only
  • Damage due to soaking product in water
  • Damage due to exposing the product to extreme heat, cold or open flame
  • Warping or cracking due to storing of product in an excessively damp or humid environment

NOTE:

If your product meets the eligible return policy requirements, please request our 30 Day Return Policy Form by emailing us at Orders@easttexaswoodcrafts.com and follow the below instructions.

Communications from us are only during normal business hours. Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm

In your email please be sure to include the following:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Where and when your product was purchased. (If your product was not purchased directly from East Texas Woodcrafts or if you are unsure)
  • Images of damage to product due to transit.
  • Images of damaged packaging.
  • Images of defect(s) due to manufacture error.
  • Images of incorrect personalization due to manufacturer error.

We will then get back to you during normal business hours, (M-F/9-5) to further resolve/process your return.

NOTE:

*The customer is responsible for return product shipping. We suggest using a shipper that provides tracking information.

*East Texas Woodcrafts will pick up the tab on shipping the replacement product back to you upon completion and approval of the 30 Day Return Policy process.

*Upon receiving your product, if we find it does not meet the eligible return requirements, we will contact you to offer a timeframe of 30 days for the option to have your original product shipped back to you, at your cost.

Refunds

We will do everything within our power to make things right in the event your product malfunctions. All sales are considered final and will not be elgible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Orders@easttexaswoodcrafts.com. We will review your request and send you instructions on where and how to return.
